Invitease is an early-stage service for creating digital invitation pages. By using a Free template, Premium, or Done-for-You setup, you agree to provide accurate event information and only submit content you have the right to use.
Service options
Free templates let eligible accounts publish one Save the Date without payment under the displayed feature and active-period limits. Premium lets you select a complete template and enter your own content. Done-for-You is a manual setup service using an available Premium template. Done-for-You does not include a new or exclusive design, custom code, new or reordered sections, custom fonts or colors, translation, copywriting, image editing, or logo design.
Payments and activation
A Free template publishes without payment and starts its active period immediately. Premium invitations are created as pending and become publicly accessible only after payment is confirmed through a verified Midtrans notification or manually confirmed by Invitease. Manual confirmation may require checking QRIS or bank transfer proof. Done-for-You payment is arranged through the stated WhatsApp contact and setup begins only after full payment and complete materials are received.
Done-for-You delivery and revisions
Done-for-You setup begins as soon as payment is confirmed and complete materials are received. The preview is sent after the template setup is ready. The service includes one preview and one consolidated revision round after the customer reviews it. The included revision covers content corrections, supplied image replacements, and supported optional-section changes within the selected template. Additional revision rounds are Rp50k each. Changing templates, adding sections, redesigning layouts, or requesting a new visual direction requires separate scope and is not included in the Rp199k offer.
Refunds and corrections
Invitease sells digital invitation setup and hosting services. A Done-for-You order may be cancelled before setup begins. Once manual setup has begun, the service portion is not refundable unless Invitease cannot deliver the agreed scope. If payment is confirmed but Invitease cannot activate an invitation because of an Invitease-side issue, contact us for correction or refund review. Incorrect event details, expired events, delayed or incomplete materials, and customer-supplied content remain the customer's responsibility.
Availability
Invitease aims to keep active invitation pages available through their stated active period, but temporary downtime, maintenance, or feature changes may happen during early-stage development.
Active periods and expiry
A Free template stays active for 7 days from publication. Premium active periods begin after payment confirmation; Done-for-You begins after setup and customer approval. Premium yoga, pilates, padel, and tennis invitations remain active for 14 days; birthday, community run, business opening, and other invitations for 30 days; retreats for 90 days; and weddings for 365 days.
Content
You are responsible for invitation details, images, links, and guest-facing content. Invitease may remove content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, or unsafe.
