Common questions
Can I share the invitation through WhatsApp?
Yes. Once active, the invitation has a public link you can send to individual or group WhatsApp chats.
Does the invitation include guest RSVP?
Yes. Guests can RSVP from the invitation page and you can review their responses in your dashboard.
How long does a wedding invitation stay active?
Wedding invitations stay active for 365 days from public-link activation. Draft or preview preparation does not reduce that period.
What can I customize?
You can enter event details, couple names, times, venue, links, photos, guest language, and the optional sections supported by your chosen template.
Can I correct details after activation?
Yes. Details within the same template can be updated from the dashboard. The template and event type cannot be changed from the edit page.
What is the difference between the two setup options?
The template, features, and price are the same. Complete the invitation form yourself or ask an Invitease admin to contact you about setup.
Does setup include a custom design?
No. Setup uses the Premium template you select. New designs, layout changes, and new sections are not included.
Does the request form take payment?
No. It stores only your name, WhatsApp number, and selected template. An admin contacts you within one business day.
